This role is pivotal in driving the long-term growth of sales, enhancing brand awareness, and maintaining a strong market presence. The Vice President of Marketing will lead a dynamic team, overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital and traditional channels, public relations, content creation, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the market landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to EPA regulations and the company’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.Duties/ResponsibilitiesLead development of marketing strategy to create effective plans focused on growing revenue, long-term brand awareness, and customer interestManage marketing team to execute marketing strategy through email, social media, public relations, and advertising marketingDirect management of key e-commerce channels including Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and direct-to-consumer websiteDevelop, direct, and track annual marketing budgetResponsible for management and direction of design, advertising, content, and PR third-party partners to align with the company’s overall marketing strategiesSupport sales team in retail pitching, strategic offerings, sell-through on shelf, and tradeshow presencePartner with Operation and Financial teams to create annual forecasting by accountIdentify and manage projects and strategies to drive margin improvement across sales channelsSpearhead internal and external design teams for all product and retail display packagingDesign and manage all product labels to be in accordance with local, state, and federal EPA regulationsServe as a key member of the quality control team to ensure products are compliant with regulatory requirements and quality standards for customer satisfactionPartner with new product development to develop packaging designs and go-to-market strategiesResponsible for trademark managementPartner with the social mission team to align brand and marketing efforts with company values
