Join a dynamic marketing team where you will play a vital role in executing diverse marketing strategies that support global project management. This position focuses on ensuring smooth operations across various projects, from planning through to execution, with an emphasis on timely and coordinated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate clear communication within the global marketing team to maintain alignment on objectives.Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.Maintain up-to-date meeting and campaign calendars for the teams.Track tasks to ensure adherence to plans, identifying and escalating any risks or blockers early.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, business insights, community, and player support.Coordinate meetings by scheduling, taking notes, and assigning action items.Manage project documentation and liaise with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration skills to align stakeholders on marketing projects.Self-starter mentality with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Jira and Confluence.Familiarity with the game industry.Background in collaborating with a global team across various time zones.Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
Salary Details
The anticipated salary range is $62,000 to $74,000 USD annually, with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. Salaries may differ based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and overall experience in accordance with the company’s compensation practices.
