We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Marketing and Communications to join our BNY Pershing team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida - Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Support the development and execution of an internal and external communications strategy that engages stakeholders in key transformational efforts for the company, driving awareness, acceptance and the desire for change.
  • Support the planning and drafting of high-volume communication materials, email announcements, intranet content, leader talking points, videos, etc.
  • Ensure all communications are timely, relevant, clear, accurate, aligned with the company mission and business strategy.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate the distribution of communications to the appropriate audiences. Track and evaluate communication metrics and client feedback on communications, and continuously improve communication plans accordingly.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Experience leading complex B2B communication plans in support of firm's key strategic initiatives and change management events.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 5+ years of copywrite and editorial experience for B2B communications. 5-7 years of related experience preferred, experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and communications skills.
  • Experience with HTML or willingness to learn.
  • Experience in traditional media, digital marketing, and new media channels with demonstrated results in using them internally and externally to engage stakeholders. Familiarity with Seismic Sales Enablement or Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
  • Proven experience at working in a matrix organization and building relationships with internal and external resources to support activities.
