Interior Designer Associate
to support the Expansion Department and contribute to the overall design and roll-out of KREWE’s innovative retail concepts. Collaborating with the Creative Director and Expansion Leadership, this position will create store layouts and design solutions to uphold and elevate the KREWE Guest Shopping Experience. The ideal candidate is a floor planning/drawing wizard with a relentless attention to detail and passion for problem solving. Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of materials, sourcing & procurement, lighting, and overall best practices in interior design. Project types include both new and existing stores.Responsibilities:Supports store layouts, schematics, and concept design.Assists in material sourcing, costing, and sample selection for new projects.Participates in the development, scheduling, and rollout of all new stores.Works closely with AP to process all invoices and ensure vendors are being paid in a timely manner.Creates sourcing/procurement and storage strategies.Provides finish, hardware, lighting, and appliance schedules for all new stores.Coordinates FF&E specifications and vendor installs.Assists VP of Expansion with essential administrative and day-to-day functions.Creates and maintains a library of design samples, files, and vendor lists.Qualifications:2-3 years experience in interior design or relevant field.Proficient in AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Proficient in Google Drive Office.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Working knowledge of construction, architectural, and store planning terminology.Working knowledge of store and field operations.Demonstrated organizational skills.Ability to work independently or as a member of the team.Ability to communicate orally and in writing.Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail.Benefits and Perks:Salary range of $48,500 - $55,000.Group health plans: health, vision, and dental insurance.Welfare benefits: life, AD&D, supplemental voluntary coverage.FSA Plan & HSA Program.401(K) Investment Options.Adoption Assistance, EAP, Commuter Benefits.Paid Parental Leave.Quarterly Cultural Spend.Ongoing Training & Development, an Educational Allowance.10 paid holidays & Paid Time Off accrual.KREWE employee frame discount (of course!).Diversity & Inclusion:KREWE believes in providing an inclusive workplace where all individuals have the opportunity to succeed.
