Associate Director, Patient Marketing

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to lead patient-focused marketing initiatives for our client, a leading pharmaceuticals company based in Virginia. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing Direct-to-Patient (DTP) marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of DTP campaigns by working closely with cross-functional teams including brand management, medical affairs, legal/regulatory compliance.

Develop strategic plans focused on driving customer engagement across all channels.

Create innovative programs around disease awareness/education aimed at patients or caregivers.

Build relationships with key opinion leaders within targeted therapeutic areas.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum 7 years’ experience within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge about pharma regulations governing promotional activities such as FDA rules and guidance regarding advertising/promotion/marketing communications.

Excellent project management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively while also owning individual accountability.

Salary:

$180,000 to $200,000 commensurate upon experience level.
