We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong background in startup environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a crucial role in building our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving measurable growth.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and identify insights to improve future campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.Manage and oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and conversion.Utilize data-driven approaches to experiment and innovate in new marketing tactics and strategies.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of campaigns.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a startup environment.Proven experience in managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing principles.
