Job Summary:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our nursing home, attract new residents, and enhance our brand reputation. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, community outreach, content creation, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase the visibility of our facility and attract prospective residents.

Brand Management:

Ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand's mission and values.

Digital Marketing:

Manage our online presence, including social media, website content, and digital advertising.

Community Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources.

Event Planning:

Organize tours, open houses, and community events to showcase our facility.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure marketing efforts align with resident acquisition goals.

Reporting:

Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the executive team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
