We are seeking a dedicated and innovative social media and Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team on site in San Diego, CA.

Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Vice President of Business to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand, engage our audience, and drive patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Plan, schedule, and post content across all platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to design visually appealing content, including images, infographics, and short videos.

Visit various locations around San Diego to capture authentic content, including patient stories, community events, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Vice President of Business to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with company goals.

Coordinate with other departments, such as radiology, cardiovascular, and surgery, to ensure cohesive messaging across all services.

Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Analyze competitor content and audience behavior to inform our strategies.

Strong preference for candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or.

Photography and videography skills, with experience in shooting and editing content preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work on site in San Diego, CA.

Willingness to travel within the San Diego area for content creation.

Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

This position is onsite and not hybrid or remote.
