Product Designer

This candidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio.What you'll do:Design experiences across all of our platforms – iOS, Android, Web, TabletContribute to and help maintain our design system across all platformsCollaborate with other designers in ideation sessionsOwn end-to-end user journeys and all aspects of design execution from sketching to hifi and prototypingParticipate in design critiques to show your work as well as provide and receive feedbackWhat we look for in you:1 to 3 years of full-time Product Design experience, or if you’ve completed the 12-week design internship at SleeperA strong portfolio, showcasing your passion and foundations in designProven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to usersAbility to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementationAbility to collaborate effectively with other product designers and give/receive feedback positivelySharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototypingHave a general understanding of design patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and WebExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in Figma and prototyping toolsIf you feel that you are qualified for this position, please apply directly with a link to your portfolio and your resume.
