Job Summary:
EmpRes Operated by Evergreen is looking for an
Area Director of Admissions & Marketing
responsible for overseeing the admissions process and marketing efforts for
multiple facilities, centered in Billings, MT . This position is 100% external and will be partnering with our three SNFs in the area. This position is Full-time (M-F) and requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically in long-term care and skilled nursing.
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Manage the admissions process, including screening potential residents, coordinating tours, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to build relationships and promote the facility.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage the admissions and marketing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to admissions and marketing.
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing admissions and marketing.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Report to:
