POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator & Administrative Specialist (MCAS) will be working closely with the Company’s founder and small executive team in helping run all aspects of the Company. The MCAS also provides administrative support for the Company. This position must maintain a prompt schedule, a polite professional demeanor, and provide excellent client service in accordance with Natural Networks’ standards.

The MCAS will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver, will work well in both a team setting and independently. He/she will be persistent in following up with staff and third parties to generate a culture of excellence and responsiveness. This individual is upbeat, considers her/himself to be a perfectionist, computer savvy, and welcome constructive criticism as a tool for growth. The MCAS must follow the requirements in the Employee Handbook, CAL-OSHA safety standards, and this position description.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Position duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Marketing/Sales Responsibilities

Manage company’s presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including design and branding, and content creation and publishing, to maximize brand awareness and desired traffic.

Work with marketing team on projects including coordinating scheduled social media blogs, newsletters, announcements, etc.

Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and other sales literature.

Contact leads, keep CRM up-to-date, advise CTO of appointments, and accompany CTO on lead appointments.

Website management and design. Makes sure that all information provided is up-to-date and accurate.

Assists in executing marketing strategies and objectives including new market research and design.

Proofreading and writing of blogs.

Traveling and additional training to conferences and/or events periodically required

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintains compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Create/Update SOPs as needed and upload/update on KB.

Create quotes and POs when needed.

Perform routine tasks including scanning, duplicating, photocopying, and assembling reports, sales packages, marketing materials.

Provides back up as needed to the Office Manager.

Record voice greetings for CloudPBX clients.

Able to perform clerical duties, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed.

Keep general working area clean, organized, and safe.

Perform other work-related duties as assigned by CEO/CTO

Assistant Responsibilities

Coordinate travel and manage related expenses

Meet with CEO at least once a week to review assignments and discuss new topics and assignments.

Handle job postings, vet prospects, review with CEO/CTO

Maintain optional folder for CEO

Handle ad hoc requests from the CEO

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree, or bachelor degree in business, administration or related field preferred.

Minimum of three or more years of related experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related position and/or training.

One or more years of driving experience with an acceptable DMV driving record.

Other Requirements

Excellent in ability to read, write, and understand English.

Ability to read and understand the company's documents.

Proficient computer skills, including Internet, E-mail, Microsoft Office Suite, and typing skills.

Able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues.

Ability to learn and effectively use the company's operating system.

Deadline driven and extremely organized.

Must maintain an acceptable DMV driving record.

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs.

Tolerate a customarily moderate noise level in the work environment.
