Senior Product Manager, Marketing Algorithms and AI AppsMarketing AI/ML Algorithms and Applications is the driving force behind some of the latest AI innovations in support of Salesforce Marketing. We are the decision intelligence team that identifies untapped value from our vast marketing data by building state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and developing analytics applications that enable marketers to make informed decisions.Responsibilities:Product strategy:

Develop a deep understanding of business requirements, user needs, and leadership guidance to drive the strategic direction of Customer Modeling AI products.Product development:

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user requirements. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to establish a strategic product vision.Cross-functional collaboration:

Work effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless product integrations and go-to-market strategies.Continuous improvement:

Stay abreast of emerging business needs and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Customer Modeling products.Data-driven decision-making:

Utilize a variety of metrics to monitor product performance and make informed decisions to optimize product success.Project management:

Effectively manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Required Experience:At least 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in SaaS/B2B Marketing analytics and data science products.Familiarity with data science concepts and technologies, particularly in relation to customer modeling & Martech analytics.Ability to understand and translate business requirements into a strategic product vision.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Data Science, Engineering, Statistics; Master’s degree is a plus.Experience in AI/ML product development in SaaS/B2B marketing domain.Accommodations:

We are committed to creating a workforce that reflects society through inclusive programs and initiatives.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $176,800 to $243,100.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200.
