E-Commerce and Performance Marketing Manager

We currently have 71 stores and offer online selling on 72 markets through Stories.com and external partners. And we are growing!

The & Other Stories US E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the global strategy to drive profitable online channel growth and constantly look for potential to increase sales. Your responsibilities include delivering revenue through brand and business strategies, online marketing, merchandising, user experience, digital product development, and site operations.

You will oversee a team to execute day-to-day online operations and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., conversion, traffic, AOV, UPT). Collaborating with various teams in our Global Office (i.e., digital, marketing, creative, controlling, business tech), you will ensure a branded online experience that reflects our brand position and exceeds consumer expectations. Proven experience and ability to work with merchandising, planning, SEO, site merchandising, digital product, and digital marketing is critical to deepen customer engagement and integrate the overall brand strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline

8+ years of experience within E-Commerce and digital marketing, preferably within fashion with an omnichannel mindset.

3+ years in a management role.

A broad business and digital background with experience in digital development and sales optimization.

Proven results of increasing online sales.

Strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as hands-on experience in engaging and inspiring the team and stakeholders.

Significant experience in leading large-scale business transformation.

Strong knowledge of retail, global markets, and international landscapes.

Proven track record of driving growth through brand storytelling in matrixed organizations.

Team player with strong lateral collaboration skills and influence capabilities.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is

$132,811 - $147,611 annually .
