Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Director to be a vital part of the team for Grace Fellowship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, clear communication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Development and Communications

Create visually appealing graphics for events, building, and ministry needs.

Ensure current, clear, and relevant information is shared for internal and external audiences.

Maintain the voice and branding across all Grace Fellowship communications.

Maintain a creative, active, and current/trending presence on social media and other digital platforms.

Effectively manage communications calendar that includes emails, announcements/need to know, social media, website, ads, etc.

Support team in following the Event Planning Process.

Actively learn and stay current with digital and social media knowledge and trends.

Use Asana for event planning and projects.

Office Manager

Lead, encourage, and inspire the office admin team.

Hold team meetings to share ministry happenings and updates, discuss issues, and promote team atmosphere.

Provide ongoing informal feedback and conduct 3 month and Annual Reviews.

Be available for reception work of answering phones, greeting visitors, receiving packages, etc.

Responsible for ordering office supplies.

Create and manage office and communications budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Undergraduate degree or comparable professional training.

Experience

Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency using various computer software, including Word and Excel.

Preferred skill in CCB (Church Community Builder), Pushpay, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, Squarespace, and Social Media.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Growing relationship with Jesus Christ, evidenced by action, attitude, and behavior.

Fully embracing the vision, values, and Grace Fellowship’s statement of faith.

Able to work within a complex organizational structure involving paid staff, volunteers, Board of Elders, and ministry teams.

A personable and friendly presence.

Situationally flexible, positive, dependable, and a team player.

Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.

Ability to prioritize and work within deadlines.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Ability to deal with a variety of people, all the while communicating in a professional manner.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
