The Marketing Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive awareness of our solutions, generate demand, and drive qualified leads for our sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and data analysis.What you'll do

Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.Utilize marketing automation tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Initiate and manage content that supports demand generation efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog posts.Monitor and optimize the lead nurturing process to ensure high conversion rates.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and marketing technology.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising is a plus.All full-time employees of The Channel Company enjoy benefit offerings such as medical, dental, vision, tele-health, disability, life insurance, health savings accounts, paid parental leave, company matched 401k, unlimited PTO, sick time, and 15 company paid holidays.
