Join our team and start your journey today!DescriptionThe Marketing Business Partner is the instrumental position to define and prioritize strategic marketing projects, campaigns, and programs to support the growth of the Latin America region within the HVACR Americas business unit. In collaboration with business leaders and peers, you will leverage expertise across the organization to define the go-to-market strategy for regional products, campaigns, and external communications, as well as advise and collaborate on the marketing plans and tactics with the Campaign Management and Enterprise Marketing Capabilities teams.As The Marketing Manager You WillBe the business liaison between Enterprise Marketing and the Latin America business and advocate for the business’ priorities.Operate in a matrixed organization by working with marketing leaders and peers.Align with business leadership, market management, product marketing, product management, and sales in Latin America and countries of product origin to define prioritization of marketing programs, product launches, and events.Be responsible for understanding the business’ key priorities and defining actionable marketing KPIs for each program.Drive the strategy and plans with campaign team and Latin America marketing coordinators.Understand our portfolio of brands, their products, and their respective markets and customers and serve as the driving force behind product and customer messaging.Develop marketing briefs that are leveraged to initiate and guide projects with internal marketing team members or agency members.Lead and own the relationship of regional marketing agencies responsible for translations and PR/editorial within Latin America regions.Collaborate with business partners across the global organization to identify and promote comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs.Define the strategic direction and messaging for trade shows and events in the Latin America region.Work with business teams to define the value proposition to channels and customers, as well as position against competitors.Communicate marketing initiatives and program progress and success to business stakeholders and teams across varying levels of the organization.Work with internal marketing team members and agency partners to support the development of marketing tactics, including PR, digital, collateral, social, creative, and video development.Enable the sales team by equipping them with tools and materials to drive the adoption of Copeland products in the marketplace.Determine the annual marketing budget and allocation for each program/initiative by working with Enterprise Marketing teams and the Latin America business team.Support strategic planning, executive presentations, and market sizing initiatives by working in collaboration with Vice President / General Manager of Latin America.Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core HoursThis role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule.
