The Principal Product Manager, Social Media Marketing, is a strategic and data-driven product management role responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Social Media Marketing offering.

The ideal candidate will be equal parts innovator and executor, who can bring best-in-class product design solutions to market, who has a strong analytical orientation, and who has the business acumen to make the appropriate prioritization decisions.

The ideal candidate will also be an effective leader and communicator.

What you'll do:

You will lead a group of passionate engineers to deliver features that are aligned with our vision. This vision is actionable, backed by research, and drives clear ROI for our users and the Company

You use insightful research and metrics to construct and defend your ideas. You embrace feedback and thrive in an iterative environment

You are strong communicator presenting your work to all audiences, including executives, and influential in approach

You are an advocate and a diplomat for design excellence. You understand how design impacts development and vice versa. Your designs should be feasible to implement, and you'll make sure they're developed accurately

You will collaborate with product managers, technical leads, customers, and other stakeholders to introduce, iterate, and clarify requirements

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree is Business/Marketing/Computer Science or related field

At least 8+ years of experience in product management

Experience leading multiple product areas at once

Deep understanding of social media platforms and social media marketing

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment

Values teamwork, and can give and solicit feedback from other teammates in order to continually raise the bar for quality

Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact

Skilled in a “test, measure, learn, iterate” product practice

Business acumen and experience building business cases and getting buy-in from senior leadership

Self-motivated, an outstanding communicator, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines

Ability to influence both of the product and engineering organizations; ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous problem spaces

Able to empathize with users and champion their cause throughout the design process
