Role Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PR Coordinator to join our dynamic Public Relations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our PR campaigns by coordinating assets, managing influencer seedings and press send-outs, assisting with event production, and handling vendor payments. Primary Responsibilities

Campaign Asset Coordination:

Act as the liaison between internal teams and the PR agency for campaign asset needs.Manage asset development requests with the creative graphics team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Influencer Seeding and Press Send-Outs:

Organize and coordinate influencer seedings and press send-outs.Handle logistics including stock management, kit packing, coordinating TaskRabbits, and generating shipping labels.

Event Production and Execution:

Assist in the planning, production, and execution of PR events.Support on-site event logistics as needed.

Vendor Payment Assistance:

Facilitate vendor payments by managing paperwork and submitting invoices for processing.Liaise with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a PR, marketing, or communications role is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with project coordination is a plus.A proactive and resourceful attitude with a strong attention to detail.
