Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) to build awareness, create demand and drive revenue with Global System Integrator (GSI) or Multi-national SI/Consulting Partners in the Americas. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.AMER SI Role

This position will be managing the strategic marketing plans for 4-6 large System Integrator, Reseller or Consulting partners. The ideal candidate needs to be able to drive strategic, comprehensive, marketing plans at the highest levels of the organization. Marketing experience with a breadth of channel partners is a must. The goals for this position are to collaborate with the dedicated sales team to design, develop, implement, and measure successful marketing programs that help meet the account objectives. They need to drive partner generated leads, maximize marketing funds, and acquire new customers.The candidate will have a demonstrated history of building and executing high-impact, data-driven marketing programs with and through large consulting partners. They should be able to build foundational marketing mechanisms, while thinking big on behalf of their customer/partner. They will have experience partnering closely with sales teams to deliver joint account content and programs. They will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, executive presence, as well as project and account management skills.Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the partner.Develop a comprehensive annual marketing strategy and plan that is aligned with GTMS, partner marketing, and global marketing counterparts.Plan and deliver demand generation programs executed with the partner to acquire new customers, including integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing.Work closely with the GTMS organization to understand their priorities and enable them to meet their objectives with focused lead gen activities.Participate as key stakeholder and business partner with the Americas GTMS, partner marketing, and field marketing leadership.AMER GSI Role

The Sr Partner Marketing Manager in this role will be responsible for developing a regional partner strategy with their GSI partners that aligns to the global marketing, business and sales priorities. The candidate will drive execution of demand generation activities with and through the GSI to help them acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue from AWS services. They will act as the primary marketing contact for these strategic partners including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. They will be responsible for educating the partner on AWS marketing tools, resources and MDF usage.The ideal candidate will have creative marketing ideas to combine with extensive analytic and data-driven customer demand generation experience working at a technology company or Global System Integrator. They should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. They will work closely with the partners and the partner sales team to identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to market to with a joint value proposition for adopting AWS.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 8 years working with IT Channel Partners driving successful marketing strategies.Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
