This isn’t just any design gig – you're going to be the Picasso of pixels, the Da Vinci of digital. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (with some remote work flexibility), you’ll be collaborating with our founders and engineers to create a design culture that's as groundbreaking as our mission.Your canvas? The entire user experience. From user research to visual design, you’re in charge. Interaction design, conceptual design, prototyping – you name it, you own it. We’re talking digital products that aren’t just pretty to look at but also pack a meaningful punch.Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience in UX/UI design.A portfolio demonstrating creativity and the full spectrum of the design process across various platforms.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.Strong user-centered design approach and experience in conducting user research.Experience in responsive web design and native app design is a plus.Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts to diverse audiences.A bachelor’s or master’s in design or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience is also valued.Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.So, if you’re ready to design solutions that look good and do good, come aboard ComplexChaos.
