Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, content creation, and video editing. This role requires a creative individual who can maintain our brand’s aesthetic across all platforms, drive engagement, and ensure our providers meet their social media posting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the studio’s social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create and edit engaging content, including graphics, videos, and photography, in line with Honey Skincare Studio’s aesthetic.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, engagement, and performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including the creation of email blasts and newsletters.
Collaborate with providers to ensure consistent and timely social media posting (minimum of two posts per week and one post per 24 hours).
Hold providers accountable for meeting their social media responsibilities, providing support and guidance as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies and online advertising campaigns.
Stay current with emerging digital trends and technologies, applying them to enhance the studio’s online presence.
Work closely with the team to maintain a cohesive and innovative marketing approach.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management.
Expertise in content creation, including graphic design and video editing.
Proficient in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Understanding of social media algorithms and strategies to increase followers and engagement.
Experience with email marketing tools and strategies.
Knowledge of SEO and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience in the beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetics industry.
Familiarity with the latest trends in skincare and wellness.
