The OpportunityThis position focuses on crafting, promoting, and delivering the Global Safety & Security brand to all Adobe employees through effective creative design and campaign awareness. Reporting to the Sr. Mgr, Strategic Programs & Services for Global Safety & Security, you will be responsible for developing engaging employee-centric educational collateral and resources.

Looking for candidates with a passion for good design, a curiosity around exceptional employee experience and an interest in working within a collaborative encouraging team to elevate our overall safety & security messaging at Adobe.

What you'll Do

Design and deliver engaging employee collateral and creative projects to our employee base, including short-form safety videos, promotional brochures, posters, newsletters, event assets, and presentation templates.

Conceptualize visuals, image layouts, and assets based on project requirements using Adobe Creative Cloud; Ideate and build new ways of communicating our Global Safety & Security material to employees.

Develop and maintain new Adobe Captivate eLearning training courses geared towards our employees - including global safety training courses, ergonomics, ERT trainings, Workplace Violence Prevention courses, new hire orientation trainings.

Maintain and evolve our Resource Library and documentation to enable the team to scale while keeping the Global Safety & Security visual experience fresh and consistent.

Advise business partners in developing assets such as training content, presentations, or awareness campaigns.

Plan communication strategy and education with various cross-functional teams within Global Safety & Security and Employee & Workplace Experience to support launch initiatives.

Partner with Security Operations teams to establish consistent Lunch & Learn series of employee sessions and measure effective participation within Community Site Events.

Plan and schedule strategic campaigns to support team initiatives around our mission to protect our Adobe community.

Collaborate with the Adobe Brand team to ensure brand alignment with corporate branding and quality throughout our Global Safety & Security experience touchpoints.

What you need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree and equivalent practical experience (4+ years of experience)

Design expertise and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat, Express, Aero) and interest to expand skills.

Experience with photo editing, videography, design layouts, video editing, crafting presentation templates, posters/signage.

Experience authoring eLearning courses for an in-house Learning Management System (LMS); Experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus.

Ability to prioritize work, set timeline expectations, and meet project deadlines to produce quality work on time. Comfortable working independently and leading multiple projects with varying timelines.

Strong leadership and excellent communication skills, including written and presentation skills with senior leadership.

Outstanding teammate: ability to build relationships cross-functionally to create visually effective materials and synthesize messaging.

Knowledge about Safety (Emergency Response) & Physical Security is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $77,900 -- $156,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
