Basically, we respect and appreciate each other no matter who we are!As an Artist Team Lead, your role is to ensure optimal production of the game art, adhering to the requested artistic direction and respecting time and technical constraints for a realistic horror project.In this role you will:Organize and manage the art team to align with the needs of Project Blight and leverage the unique abilities of each team member.Understand and oversee the production pipeline for environments and assets specific to Project Blight’s dark, medieval setting.Participate in production and ensure the development of the team in their daily tasks as well as the development of competences and expertise of this team.Organize the production of the team, its structure and its communication with the other teams.Ensure clear communication with his managers to give visibility to his team and his work.Strong production awareness to assist with workload estimation.What we're looking for:3+ years of experience leading a team.Knowledge of classic 2D / 3D computer graphics software (Maya / Marvelous Designer / Zbrush / Photoshop).Knowledge of a game engine Unreal.Learn new software and/or be a proponent for new software that improves the quality and performance of the team.Knowledge of modelling techniques.Understanding of the constraints related to the Unreal engine.Jira and Confluence experience is a plus.
