The role will be responsible for supporting all US digital and social heavy paid media execution in partnership with our agency team and global brand teams. This role will also support all PR/Influencer event execution while partnering closely with the PR & Influencer team. The assistant manager will develop strong relationships with key beauty media and agencies while partnering internally and externally to support our digital and social media for our US brands.What you'll get to do

Digital Marketing Execution:Design in partnership with manager, internal teams, and agencies, Puig brands’ go to market strategiesLeverage consumer data and insights, and have an eye for cohesive planning across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channelsCollaborate with Brand Management teams and Global teams to ensure brand equity and storytelling is consistent, while developing plans to perform based on local needsDeliver best in class market campaign execution, reporting and analyticsCollaborate with other departments (Brand Management, Media, E-commerce) to drive overall business needs and keep teams up to speed on support that can be expectedMedia:Develop omni-channel media plans and lead execution of creative assets in partnership with global teams and agenciesUnderstand all media channels from traditional (OOH, TV, Print) to digital (CTV/OLV, display, mobile, programmatic) to social/emerging channels (Meta, Snap, Pinterest, Google/YouTube, TikTok)Experience with retailer specific media a plus (Macy’s Media Network, Ulta Beauty Media, Sephora Retailer Network, Nordstrom Media Network, Bloomingdale’s Media Network, etc)Work hand in hand with the media agency on objectives and KPIs and challenge them on improving digital media efficiencyHandle all campaign creative planning and trafficking in partnership with agenciesCarry out post campaign analysis with the help of the Media Agency to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Financial planning, budget maintenance and allocation of funds across multi-media platformsOversight and creation of all media PO’s and invoice reconciliationContent & Events:Support content strategies; identification and request of specific local content needed (including the local retailers’ partners), alignment with marketing goals, to Global Brands teams, challenging them with new ideas to implement the local digital strategy in partnership with your managerPartnership and event support with the PR/Influencer teams for VIP launch events, masterclasses, etc.We'd love to meet you if you have

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)Minimum 3-4 Years of Digital Marketing experienceDigital Media Agency experience (highly preferred)Demonstrated track record for executing 360 plans across Paid, Owned and Earned channelsStrong understanding of media data/research sourcesTrack record of building brand awareness with an eye for message, content and storiesSignificant experience and a proven track record of executing digital media campaignsUnderstanding of the Digital Media landscape, KPIs and leading digital partnersStrong verbal skills, innovative thinker, and interested in first to marketHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and ExcelCreative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at onceStrong attention to detail and work well with cross functional teamsPositive attitude and demonstrates a high level of maturity and presenceCompensation Data

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
