With a rapidly expanding team and client portfolio, Croud offers hands-on experience working with some of the world's leading brands across every industry sector.This is a client-facing, team-rallying, front-line management role for a highly intelligent, charismatic, and creative thinking leader who is passionate about digital marketing and specifically

paid media.The successful candidate will demonstrate people x account x channel leadership, strive for repeatable success, and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence. They will be expected to provide bold and confident recommendations and sound leadership, backed by innovative flair and analytical experience.RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage + develop associates (2-4 direct reports), including task delegation, team ops & SOPs, and career development.Proven in-platform experience with “performance consumer media” across some combination of D2C, Amazon, e-commerce, and/or retail media strategies that drive profitable business impact.Deliver and oversee implementation for key platforms (both Vendor and Seller), ensuring operational excellence.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders (i.e., cross-functional teams).Support business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud's e-commerce capabilities to existing clients.Create and deliver flawless client-facing reports, based on accurate data and insightful analysis.Develop and deliver account development plans or roadmaps based on client campaign briefs or KPIs.PERSON SPECIFICATION

RequiredExperience with people management and responsible for direct reports.Proven track record leading media teammates and colleagues with operational responsibilities.Tangible experience in D2C, retail, and/or ecommerce performance media.Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in paid media management and a track record of exceeding performance goals.Proven experience in client expectation management and the ability to manage and direct client expectations.Proven problem solver who can support and manage client deliverables and projects to deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.BeneficialStrong technical skills with hands-on experience on e-commerce platforms.Experience with 3rd party e-commerce management tools such as Amazon, TripleWhale, Jungle Scout, Moz.com, etc.Solutions-oriented with a growth mindset.Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with impeccable attention to detail.Enjoy working with data, especially via Microsoft Excel.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related major is a plus.Experience with paid social media, programmatic, or other digital channels is beneficial.COMPANY BENEFITS

$80,000-90,000

per year.
