Grow your team from day 1. We have roles for two designers on our team. One is you, and we’re waiting for you to hire the second. We want you to build your team.Lead product design for Travefy. We’re in a great spot. We have an established product, and our users love the simplicity and visual appeal of Travefy. We’re looking for someone to continue raising the bar while also building out structure, a design system, and strengthening the tie to our brand and messaging.Work on a team to build product. We’re a small and hands-on team. Currently, we have two product teams with around 6 engineers each. You’ll be hands-on with one of them, leading solution discovery, designing, and helping build Travefy.Own your workstream. Being a small team, you’ll own your day. We aim for light process where helpful, while maximizing autonomy and self-organization.Collaborate with Marketing. You’ll ensure cohesive branding and messaging overall while contributing to our campaigns and product releases.We’d love to hear from you if…
You’re the type of person who…are constantly sought after for your visual design skills.lives to solve challenging UX problems.Leads people.charts your own course. Team, product.gets into the code. Not a strict requirement for us, but we’ve found it helps with our small and fast-moving team.You’ve done some of these things…Been “the design team”.Hired and managed other designers.Led a small design team.Built simple, loved experiences within a complex product, like a platform or enterprise product.Created and implemented a design system.This position is available for hybrid work out of our Lincoln, NE, Omaha, NE, or Pennington, NJ offices. Don’t quite fit that but think you’re perfect for the role? We’d still love to hear from you, just know it’ll need to be an absolutely perfect fit for us to consider another location.Benefits
