The Senior Director Performance Marketing is responsible for leading and optimizing performance marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition at Erie Home. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role requires a data-driven marketer with extensive experience in digital marketing, analytics, and a proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be strong collaborator, eager to be hands on, a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and can execute a clear and consistent strategy.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and implement performance marketing plans in channels including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, video and audio to achieve business objectives and drive measurable results.

Data Analysis and Insights:

Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and inform strategic decisions by utilizing data analytics to track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns.

Budget Management:

Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient channel and campaign allocation to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting as necessary to meet financial targets.

Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, including brand marketing, analytics, IT, sales, finance and operations to ensure alignment of performance marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Technology and Tools:

Stay current on industry trend and technologies to evaluate, implement, and manage the optimal set of marketing technologies.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing performance marketing strategies with multi-million-dollar budgets.

Marketing experience in the home services industry a plus.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices with expertise in Google Ads / PPC / Meta / YouTube / Affiliate Marketing.

Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
