Achieve customer support objectives by applying customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews through direct interaction face to face through client events or through in-home presentations.Identify customer service trends and determine improvements with the Senior Management team.Manage customer reviews and comments and report to team leader as needed.Schedule sales appointments creating urgency in any orders processed daily.Take control on customer inquiries with a positive and inviting tone to ease the interaction overall and finalize the customer sale.Stay engaged during in-office meetings and training sessions.Perks for Our Junior Sales and Marketing Representatives:
