Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Onsite - San Diego

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generationOversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and social media marketingCollaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goalsAnalyze market trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunitiesManage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximized ROIMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as neededOversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and presentationsStay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldOver 3 years of experience in marketing management or a similar roleStrong leadership and project management skillsProficiency in marketing tools, including analytics, automation, and CRM softwareExcellent communication and creative thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPassion for marketing and brand development in the life sciences sector
