Worley offers a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, employer paid short-term disability and life insurance, employer 401K match and more.Job Purpose:The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team with full cycle recruitment activities for a craft workforce. This position will report to the local HR Manager.Essential

Job Functions:·

Assist Alaska Recruiters with various activities throughout the recruitment cycle·

Conduct pre-employment testing: background checks, motor vehicle record checks, ensures information is collected prior to employee onboarding·

Create and send offer letters, welcome emails and benefit information to candidates·

Assist candidates with pre-employment or new hire paperwork for processing·

Assist with the in-person orientation of new hires·

Communicate with candidates and Hiring Managers during various stages in the recruitment through onboarding process·

Assist in sourcing and reviewing resumes for qualifications and skills required for positions·

Work with Hiring Managers regarding requisition requests to be entered into the applicant tracking system·

Attend weekly staff meetings to update on progress·

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive informationKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:·

Ability to perform a variety of administrative assignments requiring prioritizing and independent judgment·

Skills in understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents·

Skills in communicating effectively orally and in written format·

Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment·

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately·

Ability to work independently with little supervision·

Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible·
