Calling all Marketing Directors with experience in franchise marketing strategy. Our marketing communications client is looking for a Marketing Director to join their team in a direct hire capacity.
This is a hybrid position (2 onsite days/week) in Plymouth, MI that will begin in July 2024. This person will be provided a computer.
Responsibilities:
Leading strategy and implementation within the digital department to create performance-based improvements.Working together with the Brand Team to build, execute, and manage digital advertising lead generation campaigns with third-party vendors.Directing ongoing improvement and implementation for department, franchise, and third-party vendors.Leveraging deep understanding of digital marketing and SEO to implement best practices to drive campaigns and department success.Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.Hands-on SEO experience.Hands-on PPC experience.Strong knowledge of web analytic tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Google Ads.Strong leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Franchise experience highly preferred.Ad agency, B2B, and brand management experience preferred.
FOR DIRECT HIRE: 2 Days a week onsite with flexibility when needed. Monthly team meeting lunches, fountain pop machine, wonderful culture, good medical benefits, 401k contribution.
