We offer full design services and promote work-life balance by providing great compensation packages.Position Overview:As a Junior Interior Designer, you will be part of a 3 person design team, reporting directly to the Senior Interior Designer and receiving support from the Interior Design Assistant. The design team works closely with the Project Management and Estimation teams on interior remodeling projects. You will work laterally with Project Managers and Estimators as well as other office employees. In total, you'll interact with about 10 individuals to help bring projects from idea to completion.You will be responsible for helping create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. Your main responsibilities include: On site measuring, building out existing floor plans in Chief Architect, creating design concepts as directed by Senior Interior Designer, making timely modifications to Design Concepts and Construction Documents, Assisting in Material Selection as needed by the design team.This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creative and technical skills and make a lasting impact on various projects. Projects include various remodels: kitchens, baths, master suites, lower levels, living spaces, and attics, home additions, new construction. Ability to draft and develop Construction Documents for interior projects is a critical skill in this role. Ability to draft exterior structures such as pergolas and decks in CAD a plus.Responsibilities :•

Complete detailed and accurate on site measurements in clients' homes•

Recreate the space using software - Chief Architect preferred•

Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval•

Develop design concept drawings into construction documents for our Crew•

Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget•

Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using CAD, Sketchup, Revit, Chief Architect, and other design software•

Select appropriate materials, colors, lighting/plumbing fixtures, and accessories for each project from our approved catalogue based on design preferences•

Coordinate with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.•

Oversee the implementation of designs, including site visits and inspections as needed•

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - turn around time of 1-2 business days for renderings is required.•

Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry advancements•

Report directly to Senior Interior DesignerQualifications:•

Experience in residential design is required, commercial design is a plus•

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred•

Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role•

Strong knowledge of color theory, space planning, and materials selection•

Excellent command of CAD software for drafting and 3ds Max for rendering•

Must have experience using CAD, Revit, and Chief Architect•

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using various management software•

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with Design and Estimation team•

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders•
