The Restaurant Marketing Director is responsible for assisting the Executive Director team in all aspects of Brand and Sales Growth.Create and execute a campaign using Chick-fil-A collateral, making it feel locally owned, not just a corporate entity.Effectively convey “CFA Fourth Street’s” story and image – upscale, elevated; not fast food.Utilize tools and metrics – leverage CFA One, Sales Data, Local Events, Chamber of Commerce, etc.Strategically fulfill donation requests (baskets, door prizes, etc.) keeping ROI and business growth in mind.Oversee all social media: create and/or oversee content creation. All published material must be remarkable, professional, compelling, and engaging. Track metrics.Oversee In-Restaurant Events: Organize memorable and elevated events that create raving fans. Work closely with schools, community, businesses, etc.Ensure community boards, marquee, and P.O.P is updated and installed properly and on time.Maximize Cow appearances at onsite events, community events, and businesses around the city.Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within the company, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of the market.Track return on investment on all marketing events and coupon distribution.Develop a plan to increase all outside sales and ADP opportunities. Work with Catering Director.Develop deep relationships with the trade area (strategic and bulletproof).Know and follow budget.Motivate, include, and coach Team Members to uphold image, core values, and vision – employees are the best image bearers of the organization.Use in-restaurant time to motivate new and familiar guests to take advantage of our CFA One App.
