About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity to join our North American business as a Director, Product Marketing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering alignment among key stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Sales to shape the overall value proposition of our software solutions.

Collaborating closely with marketing leaders and other functions across the organization, you will be responsible for driving various initiatives that support pipeline and revenue growth in the North American region, including:

Market segmentation

Gathering market requirements through the voice of the customer

Establishing references

Developing solution launch strategies and overseeing execution

Generating demand

Crafting market messaging

Facilitating sales enablement

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of healthcare experience, marketing creativity, and strategic and technical acumen. You must have a deep understanding of the healthcare B2B market and demonstrate proficiency in identifying customer and market requirements, delivering market opportunity assessments, and influencing leadership for investments.

Key Responsibilities

Be an expert on the North American healthcare market, RLDatix’s product suite, and competitive landscape:

Conduct market research, capture market insights, understand market segmentation and buyer personas, and define target audiences.

Conduct competitive analysis to understand trends, curate competitive intel, develop and share key insights, define differentiators, and adjust positioning and messaging where required.

Understand RLDatix customers and their needs, pain points, and how to speak to them. Gather their feedback through calls, emails, NPS/KLAS reports, surveys, and other channels.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to execute comprehensive market assessments, conduct business analysis, develop go-to-market plans, craft persuasive materials, and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) focused campaigns aimed at building awareness and engagement.

Create an annual marketing plan and budget, aligned with AOP sales targets, and oversee its execution and performance.

Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product offerings aligned with key market segments.

Develop clear and compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for all solutions within the RLDatix Governance pillar.

Support the development and delivery of webinars / speaking engagements that evangelize our products and offerings across our target markets.

Build compelling content (whitepapers, materials, videos, blogs, case studies, etc.) to communicate our differentiators, as well as other materials to support sales enablement efforts.

Introduce new products to market by leading the end-to-end product launch playbook, working closely with product, sales, marketing, and other functional teams.

Develop materials that enable our sales and leadership teams to communicate value across buyer personas, including pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, RFP responses, etc.

Experience, Knowledge and Competencies

A degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

9+ years of product marketing experience in a healthcare tech company

Background in SaaS based healthcare applications and technologies

Strong analytical skills and business acumen supported by a health, business, or technical college / university level degree

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into market facing materials

Demonstrable strategic experience positioning and launching differentiated healthcare B2B software

Experience leading marketing growth strategies for specific products / portfolios

Expert understanding of how software products are positioned, promoted, and sold

Willingness to travel as required
