We are looking for a Vendor Program Manager to manage our external supply chain media vendors; support future-proofing the digital supply chain; taking holistic approach to Spec and publishing requirements for Prime Video with Prime Video builders, studios, delivery partners and the industry. This individual will help us shape the future of our digital supply chain architecture, with a passion to innovate, and tackle complex problems. As a Vendor Program Manager - Media Digital Supply Chain, you will be responsible for owning programs that drive innovation and efficiency to enhance the global customer experience; driving across cross-function teams, defining and distributing new workflows, and partner with product and technology teams to define business requirements.

Key job responsibilities- Be the subject matter expert in the Media & Entertainment industry digital supply chain- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations- Be the liaison between various 3P media vendors and technical, business, and development teams within Prime Video to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement- Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps

By doing so, we remove distribution limitations and level the playing field across studios, so every title is available to every customer worldwide and the best content wins.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Program Management or Product Management- Experience managing projects across cross-function teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience delivering programs of medium to high complexity, coordinating the development cycle- Technically proficient with the capacity to acquire and adopt new technology and industry specs quickly- Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management- Be a collaborative leader, capable of driving internal & external stakeholders to consensus while balancing product/technology needs with longer term relationship objectives- Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years’ experience working with large global organizations in the digital supply chain- Working knowledge of the Media & Entertainment digital supply chain, including localization, QA, fulfillment, industry digital delivery standards, specifications, and delivery formats- 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams- Deep understanding and familiarity of componentized based packages such as MDDF (MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework), including identification of content using EIDR (Entertainment ID Registry), delivery of content metadata using MEC (Media Entertainment Core Metadata) and MMC (Media Manifest Core), and delivery of availability metadata using EMA Avails- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to stakeholders and executives as required- Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access, including standard formulas and data visualization- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
