Possess knowledge of: Market research approaches and methodologies; market research reporting standards and formatting; market analysis techniques.Responsibilities:Selects appropriate investigative or analytical methods to assess a market research project.Combines historical and current data to generate market research reports.Assists in the planning, design, and implementation of a market research project.Analyzes the validity and reliability of market research results.Follows a certain structural research process for conducting market research.Partnership & Collaboration

Possess knowledge of: Stakeholder identification and mapping; stakeholder analysis; stakeholder communication; stakeholder engagement techniques.Responsibilities:Builds, maintains, and enhances effective internal and external partnerships.Influences outcomes and assists in communicating shared goals with diverse groups and parties.Identifies and addresses additional partner needs.Product Awareness and Adoption

Possess knowledge of: Product characteristics and attributes; product training methods; product demo techniques.Responsibilities:Gathers, summarizes, and prioritizes ideas for new products.Evaluates the benefits and drawbacks of various delivery mechanisms on product training.Digital Marketing Execution

Possess knowledge of: Marketing and product positioning principles; organizational Marketing plan practices.Responsibilities:Compares and contrasts alternative strategies to accelerating product sales.Develops Marketing plans and programs for multiple products.Marketing Acumen

Possess knowledge of: Marketing tools used by the organization; Marketing roles and responsibilities.Responsibilities:Advises on the development of Marketing strategies and plans.Contributes to the establishment of best practices for Marketing.Business Data Analysis

Possess knowledge of: Business data analysis tools or software used by the organization.Responsibilities:Sets standards for business data analysis tools and techniques.Evaluates the quality of business data collected.Proposals and Presentations

Possess knowledge of: Presentation and proposal standards, formats, and guidelines.Responsibilities:Leads discussions on customer types, effective proposals, and presentations.Develops proposal and presentation processes to improve volume.Customer Service Excellence

Possess knowledge of: Organizational customer service processes and standards.Responsibilities:Recovers from service failures in a way designed to enhance customer satisfaction.Resolves complex customer complaints or problems.End User Training

Possess knowledge of: Organizational training procedures; client need assessment methods.Responsibilities:Develops and maintains end-user training programs using client assessments.Delivers training programs utilizing all training resources.Product Expertise

MBA degree; Expected graduation date from MBA program between December 2024 and August 2025.A successful candidate will not require sponsorship from Walmart for authorization to work now or in the future.Preferred Qualifications
