The Opportunity

The Digital Media enterprise team is focused on enabling businesses and creative professionals to use Adobe’s Creative Cloud for enterprise solutions, empowering teams to create, collaborate, and lead digital content at scale. With the rise of generative AI, Firefly is at the forefront of Adobe’s innovation, offering powerful AI-driven tools that enhance creative workflows. We’re looking for a strategically-minded Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth and adoption of Creative Cloud for enterprise, including generative AI features like Firefly, aligning our offerings with key customer needs and market opportunities.

What you'll Do

Strategy & Insights : Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Adobe’s CC enterprise products, focusing on core applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and generative AI tools such as Firefly.

Product Positioning : Craft messaging that clearly communicates the value of CC for enterprise, with a special emphasis on differentiating our generative AI capabilities and their ground-breaking impact on creative workflows.

Launch & Adoption : Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and GTM teams to shape product roadmaps and lead high-impact feature launches, ensuring widespread adoption of both traditional and AI-driven creative tools.

Cross-Functional Teamwork : Collaborate with sales, customer success, and field marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, enhance customer engagement, and support enterprise adoption initiatives across Creative Cloud and Firefly.

Customer Advocacy : Engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs, collect success stories, and gather insights that influence both generative AI and broader Creative Cloud strategies.

What you need to succeed

Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025.

Experience in marketing or product management within SaaS, startup, or enterprise technology categories.

Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for enterprise products, particularly those incorporating AI technologies.

Collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and sales teams.

Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives in parallel.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on customer-centric narratives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,800 -- $172,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
