Our well known Healthcare client is looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager to join their team.

This role is 100% remote.In this role you will ensure B2B lead generation and nurture campaigns launch on-time and on-budget. Manage relationships with multiple agencies (digital advertising, marketing automation, creative, and in-house teams) to ensure coordinated and timely delivery of creative development, media planning, email execution, sales enablement, and analytics reporting.The successful candidate excels in managing projects, documenting, communicating, and handling deliverables, schedules, content reviews, project milestones, and risk management. Work proactively to keep all stakeholders on task for on-time launches. Attention to detail and an overall grasp of project timelines, risks, and issues are crucial.Job Responsibilities:Lead Complex Projects:

Manage and execute significant and unique assignments with diverse and complex scopes, requiring intricate planning and direction-setting involving multiple stakeholders.Market Expertise:

Stay current on healthcare market research and trends within and beyond the Program, providing insights and support to answer marketplace questions.Client Engagement:

Gather client input to help identify and prioritize NMR (National Market Research) needs, ensuring client perspectives shape our research agenda.Critical Issue Management:

Proactively communicate with management to alert them to critical issues and provide guidance on addressing them.Research Communication:

Present key findings, implications, and recommendations to leadership, ensuring clear and effective communication of research results.Resource Optimization:

Seek opportunities to leverage services and knowledge across the Program, maximizing efficiency and impact.Project Management:

Estimate and evaluate the size, scope, and costs of research projects. Manage and coordinate ongoing and ad hoc research initiatives, as well as lead or participate in Program-wide projects.Training and Coordination:

Organize training seminars and interregional meetings for market research professionals to foster knowledge sharing and professional development.Department Improvement:

Continuously seek ways to enhance department functions, services, and communications, contributing to national and team meetings.Analytical Rigor:

Analyze complex alternative hypotheses and causal factors, ensuring thorough and rigorous evaluation of research data.B2B Lead Generation & Campaign Management:

Ensure B2B lead generation and nurture campaign launches are on-time and on-budget.Agency Management:

Manage multiple agency relationships (digital advertising, marketing automation, creative, and in-house teams) to ensure tight coordination and project management of on-time creative development, media planning, email execution, sales enablement, and analytics reporting.Stakeholder Coordination:

Excel in project managing, documenting, communicating, and managing deliverables, meeting schedules, information share-outs, content reviews, project milestone due dates, and next steps. Handle risks/issues/decisions management & documentation, raising them at the right time to ensure timely go-live of marketing investments and campaigns across a wide array of stakeholders inside and outside the organization.Proactive Management:

Work proactively to keep all stakeholders on task for an on-time go-live, ensuring timely execution of marketing investments and campaigns.Required Experience:Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, PPT, Word)Project management toolsAccount-based marketing campaignsExperience with Wrike is preferred.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.12 to $50.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
