Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive the growth of our luxury senior living community. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, attracting new residents, and ensuring high occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets and revenue goals.- Lead a talented sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize performance and results.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, families, and referral sources, guiding them through the decision-making process and showcasing the benefits of our luxury community.- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events to raise awareness and generate leads.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, dining services, and activities, to ensure a seamless resident experience and promote resident satisfaction.- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and resident feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for optimization.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our reach.
