Responsibilities:Maintain forecast/ Planning toolAssist in the clean-up and upkeep of the DAM, merchandising assets, GDSN imagesCreate and manage Purchase Orders in SAPRequest quotes from predetermined vendorsCoordinate asset delivery to assigned vendorsDaily inventory reconciliationSupport annual written SOP updatesManage sample shipments for imagingSelect images that meet criteria for placement in GDSN/GS1 platform
Qualifications:Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Excellent active listening, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaboratively articulate needs and ideas.Possess a positive, team-oriented demeanor with the ability to build consensus and enhance team morale.Effective interpersonal skills are required as this role has interactions with people at all levels in our organization.Affinity and appreciation for organization, editing, and details.Entrepreneurial attitude with problem-solving ability and practical decision-making skills.Accustomed to juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and able to prioritize one's own workload to meet deadlines.Independently seeks out to continuously improve skills, knowledge, and streamline processes.Proficiency in working independently and in cross-functional groups.Professional appearance and demeanor.Experience in SAP.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed in this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs.
