Marketing Lead (on site)

In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs based on the company'sstrategic goals. These responsibilities include coordinating, overseeing, and implementing all aspects of the marketing and communications plan including: marketing, advertising, public relations, branding, strategic messaging, website development, and special events planning.

The primary function of this role is to generate leads for the sales team. This candidate will be developing and implementing strategies to help grow the company’s customer base and revenue.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Develop and implement a research-based strategic marketing and communications program for Effectiff services promotion, participation in the business plans development, and Marketing department creation from «0»

Build multichannel demand generation campaigns (inbound and outbound) that align messaging to the target audience and buyer journey

Conduct market research, analysis, and evaluation of key market statistics, customer requirements, and competitive trends to help building and testing of the hypothesis of future marketing activity effectiveness

Manage the creation of training and promotional videos, technology manuals, and other client-facing support materials

Work with R&D to select tools and marketing technology (Martech) stack to achieve goals

Partner with other key functions like Finance on budgeting and planning and HR to help us further develop our talent brand

Continuously think of new and out-of-the-box ways to improve our marketing strategies to drive business results. Research and implement new techniques and technologies that help drive sales and customer experience.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience in a similar role

2 + years of growth marketing experience in the B2B Industry

Highly motivated self-starter

Skilled at managing, motivating, and maximizing every opportunity

Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools; Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Web Trends, SalesForce, etc.

High-quality and proven presentation skills

Comfortable with changing demands and priorities

It will be considered a significant advantage if you have:

Experience in the Translation & Localization, Health care, or IT Industry

Worked on a globally distributed team

A technical background
