Main Responsibilities
Create, develop, optimize, maintain, and execute all marketing strategiesTrain, lead, and develop marketing team membersIdentify potential business opportunities and build collaborationsDevelop and maintain marketing budgets and calendarsCoordinate and work with marketing vendorsDevelop and update training platforms and knowledge baseCommunicate and coach all teams about upcoming marketing initiativesIn-person visits to dental officesEvent planning and project management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higherExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in B2B and/or B2C salesExperience in website development, SEO, and AdWordsExperience in copywriting and graphic designExperience in social media marketing, advertising, and content creationThrive in a dynamic, action-oriented, fast-paced environmentExperience leading and managing digital advertising campaigns
Schedule
• Based at Ala MoanaCompensation Package
• Performance Bonuses (after 6-months)• Salary commensurate with experience• Individual Medical, Dental, Vision, Drug (after 1-month)• 401K Profit Sharing (after 1 year)• 1 week (40 hours) paid vacation (after 1 year)
