LOCATION:

Hybrid - 8 days a week in the office. See office locations on the posting.OVERVIEWYou will be responsible for the design and production of digital marketing materials, including static and animated digital ads, social media graphics, email/web page visual design support, infographics, and eBook content. You will edit images, format text, and utilize digital photography or stock images as necessary. You will manage graphic design aspects of each project according to assigned schedules, including management of proofing and approval cycles. You will take ownership of your work and routinely identify opportunities to improve either the work product or the project process. You will be proactive in observing established standards of quality and content.DUTIESKey responsibilities

Possess an understanding of personal computer operation and experience in digital marketing design. Proficient in major desktop publishing applications: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, plus Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Some experience in Adobe AfterEffects is a plus.Ability to work with cross-functional teams including project managers, design colleagues, information technologists, and content experts.Follow the internal processes for the creation, production, and approval of marketing projects.Allocate your own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities.Work cooperatively with others to be an integral member of a team and solve conflicting perspectives collaboratively.Meet/exceed the expectations and requirements of internal customers; talk and act with customers in mind.

Production responsibilities

Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all marketing materials by carefully reviewing your own work and adhering to the correct use of established brand standards, legal use of trademarks, and naming conventions.Comply with the overall brand strategy and management for the Wolters Kluwer brand.Research and understand buyer audiences and recommend appropriate image selections.Maintain and enforce digital asset management (DAM) system with appropriate tagging, structure, and communications.Maintain creative style guides and standards for the team’s usage as reference material.Efficiently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Creative responsibilities

Embrace and adhere to the principles of a “customer-focused – market-driven” organization.Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize ideas and bring digital campaigns to life.Collaborate in the creative process, offering innovative design solutions to meet marketing goals.Stay on top of design trends for various brands and marketing channels and continually foster optimization and evolution of style.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation:

Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design.Experience:3+ years of experience in Graphic DesignPreferred less than 7 years of professional experience.Compensation:Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $55,500-$76,700
