Lead Generation (Growth Marketing) Specialist

who will primarily be responsible for supporting the execution of strategies to increase the company’s user base, revenue, and brand presence. This role will use a combination of marketing channels and tactics, focusing on data-driven decision-making and experimentation. This is not a cold-calling job - this role will rely heavily on digital advertising, marketing, and analytics experience to help attract & nurture qualified leads, and get them connected with experienced sales professionals who can best meet their needs.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Experience with lead generation, digital advertising & social media, email marketing, and analytics.Curiosity and

full-time, on a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in-office) in our Atlanta GA, New York NY, or Chicago IL officeWHAT YOU’LL DO:A detailed list of job duties includes (but are not limited to):• Assist with developing and implementing growth marketing campaigns: This includes content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.• Manage the company’s customer acquisition funnel: Manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling.• Analyze campaign data and assist with identifying trends: Implement changes to improve performance and ensure maximum return on investment.• Work cross-functionally with other teams: Work with sales leadership, design, and marketing teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, and content strategies.• Stay updated with the latest trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and explore new channels for user acquisition and growth.• Monitor and improve live campaigns: Analyze websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.• Work with the marketing group and partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Director on optimizing content strategy and planning.• Manage the marketing funnel: Responsible for finding and addressing issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn.• Monitor and manage social media and web analytics: Develop insightful reports for teams and superiors.• Leverage analytic tools during market research.• Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is strongly preferred but not required.Experience in marketing analytics and campaign management.2+ years’ experience in marketing.Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Involves using analytics tools, interpreting large data sets, and conducting A/B testing to inform growth strategies.Creative and Experimental Approach: Must be able to brainstorm innovative campaigns, experiment with new growth tactics, and think outside the box to differentiate their brand.Experience working with marketing automation software, SEO, social media algorithms, and the digital advertising landscape.COMPENSATION:The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications, and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.WHY EPIC:EPIC is over 3,000 employees nationwide – and we’re growing!
