SalesForce Marketing Cloud Specialist (Part-time)

One of Aquent’s leading Healthcare client’s will be launching Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC; MC) late summer/early fall. They are looking to add a SFMC Specialist that will support the marketing team throughout the implementation. This talent will be reporting to the Digital Program Manager on the Digital/Social/Content team. The SFMC Specialist is responsible for assisting with implementation tasks, email production, journey development, tracking and QA of various email products.Responsibilities:Ensure that current email programs are still maintained and deployed during Marketing Cloud buildoutMeet weekly with the content team to review upcoming deadlines and provide status updatesUtilize email templates within SFMC to build emailsSourcing/resizing creative assets as neededManage the proofing and approval process with key stakeholdersUtilize project management software (Basecamp) to route campaigns to key stakeholders and solicit feedbackMake updates as needed: copy updates, URL, images, etc.Ensure emails adhere to brand guidelinesGenerate and implement UTMs for in-depth link trackingAssist with gathering any requirements for MC developmentQA of developed pieces (i.e., templates, data flows, naming conventions)Build out programs using Email Studio and Journey BuilderBuild out programs using dynamic contentAssist with other email and marketing automation tasks as needed (analytics, research, etc.)Use the Client’s values to govern decisions, actions and behaviors, including: Patients, Affordability, Accountability & Service Commitment, Decisiveness, Innovation & Thoughtful Risk; and how we treat each other: Diversity & Inclusion, Integrity & Respect, Learning, Continuous Improvement & Personal Growth, Teamwork & CollaborationThis is an ideal position for a highly organized and thoughtful marketing professional with experience in and a passion for working in digital marketing. The work is deadline sensitive and requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while also being able to collaborate well within a team. Ability to stay focused while handling multiple email campaigns simultaneously is key. Flexibility, tenaciousness, and a positive attitude—combined with a strong interest in health care—will be essential for success.Qualifications:2-3 years in a similar role (content creation, website management and/or digital marketing)Experience in Salesforce Marketing CloudBasic understanding of coding (i.e., HTML) desirableProficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)Familiarity with photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop)Must be detail-orientedThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
