United Settlement is seeking a long-term leader to complete our vision. The Vice President of Negotiations Strategy and Creditor Relations will take the lead on elevating all back-end operations, specific to creditor strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop negotiation strategies to optimize outcomes for the company and client in various scenarios.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand market trends, and regulatory frameworks affecting negotiations.

Collaborate with teams to implement strategies with overall business objectives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with creditors and stakeholders.

Manage communication and correspondence related to negotiations.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of negotiation strategies.

Communicate intelligence for COO & CEO.

Oversee negotiation teams and management.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree Preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Debt Settlement Industry, negotiations, creditor relations, or related fields.

Proven track record of successful negotiations and deal-making.

Experience in financial analysis and risk assessment.

Previous leadership experience preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel as needed.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong ethical standards and integrity.
