We are seeking a seasoned Aircraft Design & Integration Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our 777x team on-site in Everett, WA. In this role, you'll lead technical integration efforts, manage complex aerospace projects from design to production, and ensure seamless collaboration across engineering teams. If you are passionate about aerospace innovation and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical integration of aircraft design projects, developing integrated plans and performance metrics.Manage project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP) and prioritize tasks along the critical path.Oversee cross-functional projects across the full lifecycle of aircraft design, ensuring alignment with engineering objectives.Lead the Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) and Change Control Board (CCB) for new engineering changes.Facilitate the transition from development to production and ensure compliance with certification processes.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project success.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering.10+ years of experience in aircraft design and integration, with a strong understanding of Boeing Commercial Aircraft products.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in using Microsoft Project for schedule management.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.Why Join Cyient?Innovative Projects:
