The responsibility of this position is to lead our company’s global marketing strategy and communications efforts. This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global marketing plans across multiple industries, enhancing brand presence, driving international growth, and ensuring cohesive communication across all regions.Qualifications

Strategic Global Leadership:Develop and implement a global marketing and communications strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.Lead and inspire the marketing and communications team to achieve set goals and objectives.Brand Management:Strengthen and elevate the company’s global brand identity and market positioning.Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.Global Marketing Campaigns:Oversee the creation and execution of innovative global marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention and growth.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize global impact.Digital Marketing:Leverage global digital channels and tools to enhance online presence and engagement.Stay current with global digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance marketing strategies, optimize customer engagement, and drive data-driven decision-making.Global Communications:Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging.Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct global market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.Utilize data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.Budget Management:Develop and manage the global marketing and communications budget.Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with Industry and Capability Leads to understand enterprise and business unit goals, objectives, and market opportunities.Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Visionary Leader who understands global matrixed organizations.Leader who acts and leads with Huron values and leadership principles.Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data to drive decision-making.Skilled in creating and executing a global strategic vision that aligns with a multi-tiered matrixed organization’s goals.Strong leadership skills, able to develop and grow a robust marketing and communications team.Excellent communication skills, written and oral.Extensive experience in M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and communication strategies.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Cross-cultural communication: Ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures and regions.Innovative thinking: Proven ability to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.Collaborative mindset: Strong ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.Customer focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and engagement.Experience leading transformation, change management and global teams.Posting Category
