Are you a Marketing Leader looking to join a healthcare tech startup that is disrupting the broken healthcare system?

to build and lead our marketing team. Someone who thrives in a fast-growth startup and has a strong background in demand generation, growth marketing, and direct response marketing.

You'll be part of the leadership team and report directly to the CEO.

About You:

5-7+ years in a leadership role growing a Marketing team in the SMB space.

You know how to operate in a startup and can navigate ambiguity.

You have the ability to be strategic and also jump into tactical work.

You must have a strong track record of hitting targets and working with sales.

Hands-on experience with marketing operations and demand generation tools.

You have a proven track record with Direct Response Marketing.

You understand the value and limitations of primary B2B marketing channels.

You are skilled in scaling major digital channels (especially Meta).

You know traditional methods and love exploring innovative ways.

You have proven experience in email marketing.

You have experience in Product Marketing and Positioning.

What you'll be taking on:

Own Strategic Planning, Team Alignment and Execution:

Collaborate with the leadership team to set quarterly goals and priorities.

Building and Execute Our Demand Gen Strategy:

Build and maintain demand/lead gen channels to ensure a steady flow of MQLs.

Lead Marketing Operations:

Develop, implement and monitor systems for effective marketing operations.

Developing the Breakthrough Brand:

Increase awareness of Breakthrough as a leader in business growth for physical therapy.

Grow and Develop a Rockstar Team and Culture:

Maintain strong eNPS and MEI scores with your team.
