The Senior Marketing Manager - Evergreen role owns all evergreen paid funnels, developing innovative marketing strategies to both increase profits and grow our email list – from ideation to execution. (A big, rewarding, exhilarating job!) They set clear goals, track and measure overall metrics for the funnels they manage, and optimize and pivot as needed. They love rolling up their sleeves, diving in to do the work, and believe there is always a way to figure it out. They can build and lead a small but nimble team to scale our evergreen funnels, while contributing to the overall Marketing team.

This is a remote, full-time position on our marketing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:The #1 responsibility of this role is to help us achieve the goal of increasing our ROAS collected and monthly net engaged subscribers from our existing evergreen funnel through paid channels. If you not only understood that sentence (#marketinglingo), but you’re inspired by this and excited to create a plan to make it happen, you’re perfect for the position.

Especially if you:

Have 3-5 years of experience managing and scaling evergreen funnels, with the ability to hit the ground running.Have 3-5 years of experience with paid ad management, including researching and defining target audiences, as well as creative direction for copy and design assets.Proven ability to track, measure and review data, digging into the numbers to come up with creative solutions that improve results and optimize conversions along each step of the funnel.Create clear roadmaps and strategic plans to execute on goals, backed by research and data.Love numbers and metrics and have an ability to translate those into tangible actions that improve results.Embody our brand standards and voice and can ensure all assets are aligned and consistent.Have 1-2 years of experience building, leading and managing a team and are excited about the idea of recruiting and growing your own team of employees and contractors to scale our existing evergreen funnel, while identifying opportunities for new ones.Skills, Abilities and Experience:You are super creative and love experimenting. You consistently bring new ideas and concepts to try, and have no ego if they don’t work.You are obsessed with iterating and testing daily to hit your KPIs, constantly looking at the small tweaks that can make big changes.You are a high output individual who is excited by the opportunity to increase AOV and scale and diversify ads to both increase revenue and decrease CAC.You identify potential new funnels and are familiar with every step of creation, including all marketing assets from acquisition to sale.You love all things online marketing – webinars, sales funnels, conversion optimization, analytics, paid ads – and are constantly staying on top of the latest trends in the industry.You’re not afraid to dig in and pinpoint blind spots, but you’re equally committed to zooming out and bringing big picture goals to life.Answers to the following questions via email:
